Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m.
We gather each week as a community of God’s people to grow in faith, to celebrate life’s joys and to comfort and support each other in times of struggle or grief.
Our services are an hour long, and conclude by 11:45 (after conversation!) to the sound of our chimes ringing out over the Westminster area. People of all ages and stages are welcome, and we share our worship every week with regular attenders and visitors, too.
Music of all sorts marks our services each week — from the magnificent pipe organ, to instrumentalists, soloists and a dedicated and enthusiastic choir — along with congregational singing. We look for a balance between different styles and tastes, focusing both on excellence and on encouraging a passion for music that fills the sanctuary on Sunday with sounds rivalling the concerts that outside groups hold at Westminster most weeks of the year.
We practice an open Communion, where all who trust in God are welcome. Diversity and inclusiveness mark what we do together in worship and during the week. Through our mission and outreach activities, we foster an active engagement with the needs of others in both the local and the wider community.
